highly disappointed as I looked forward to getting some "we be ribs". I was told that this truck doesnt cook or grill anything on it as it doesnt have a grill. It's basically a food "warmer" on wheels. I ordered rib tips and a few pieces were inedible; they were dry and hard to bite into. The lady told me that it was cooked in the morning but, as hard and dry as the inedible pieces were that's unbelievable.
Just ordered a tray of your pulled pork for my daughters 1st birthday. Delicious! Everyone loved it. Also, thank you guys for being so easy to work with and even delivering it to my parents house for me! We will be back!!
James has catered three parties for us and it is always delicious and the hit of the neighborhood. Thank you for making our parties so great.
We B Ribs catered our wedding on October 6th and provided us with an amazing pig roast with chicken and all the sides! They also managed our appetizer bar and kept it well stocked before dinner. James and Angela were super easy and accommodating to work with and i felt really confident with their experience in them handling our big event. We couldn't be happier with how the food turned out and everyone has raved about how good the food was since the wedding. Thank you!!!
