If I could give zero stars I would. They tried to charge my husband for a service that was even completed/repaired. When they saw they got a bad review they removed the charge. Local businesses should be TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST. The issue was a manufacturer issue so it’s not on anyone but HP themselves so why charge for a service you CAN’T repair, that the person themselves even admitted cannot he fixed.
Ended up being charged over 300 dollars to repair a laptop that they were not even able to fix, laptop is still broken.
Robert is an incredible tech! He explains things to you so you can learn and treats you will respect.
For a very long time, we tried to find someone who could help with our computer issues, that knew what they were doing. Well, the search is over. Harry fixed issues on 2 of my husband's laptops. My husband is very pleased with the results. And I'm happy my husband's frustrations are gone. If you are looking for help with your computer, look no farther. This is the place to go. I know we will be back there when we have computer problems.
