Our renovation experience with Capable Group was fantastic. Our refurbishment project was challenging and included a lot of preparation, but the Capable Group team was up to the task. We had to remodel a tiny condominium. The Capable Group was a pleasure to work with; they had a positive attitude, were punctual, and communicated effectively. They also provided us with creative answers to any problems we encountered. They also didn't go above our budget! The experience of working with the Capable Group team was fantastic! Everything was done flawlessly. Their teams were not only competent and on time, but their craftsmanship also above our expectations.
I am really appreciative of Capable Group's excellent customer service. My minor improvements included replacing outdated plumbing pipes for washing tubs and installing two new toilets. Yan provided me with helpful guidance regarding the toilet I should purchase, promptly installed them at times that accommodated my hectic schedule, and charged less than other quotes! Thank you so much, Yan, and to Capable Group as well!
We interviewed a lot of contractors, but none of them made us feel at ease. Additionally, they stated that our project was too little for them to take on. Therefore, with the assistance of a designer and Capable's crew, we began the project ourselves in November.
