WDR was hired by my HOA management company for some repair and reconstruction work outside/in my townhome. Because the repair work had multiple factors, it had a few processes. WDR was communicative, easy to get ahold of, were very efficient during the various stages, worked cleanly, and I am particularly happy with the inside results! You can't even tell anything was ever amiss! I would hire them for private repair work if ever needed!
My basement had a backup and I called WDR on the weekend. Within an hour a tech was out and explained the whole process of how to handle the situation. They did a very professional demo and dried everything within a few days. Wayne reached out as soon as everything was dry and explained the reconstruction process moving forward. It was done in a timely manner and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company for situations like this!

Excellent contractor, professional, dependable, and always deliver high-quality work. Communication was great throughout the project, and the job was completed on schedule. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their work & services.
I have been working with the company for about twenty years. Over that time, we have upgraded a condo, added 10 feet to the front of one house along with upgraded bathroom and closets, and most recently updated a Hutchinson home in the Green Mountain area.
