Very unprofessional. Suddenly disappeared while we were in the talks of what designs we wanted.
Unprofessional and Non-Responsive I had an extremely disappointing experience with this decor company. They promised to handle the decorations for my baby’s birthday, but completely failed to deliver. Despite multiple follow-ups, they never responded, nor did they have the courtesy to inform me if they couldn’t take on the job. It’s frustrating and unprofessional, especially when dealing with such important occasions. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliability and professionalism.
