My experience was excellent. On a very cold Friday morning in Mt Vernon, we lost heat and needed emergency plumbing and heating service right away. I called for help, and the crew arrived within the hour. Luis and Johnathan were knowledgeable, polite, and true professionals. They got the heating system running again temporarily, explained the issue clearly, and ordered the needed replacement part. Want to give a shout out to company: Edwards Brothers Plumbing & Electrical and especially to johnathan. We have called him out a few times for plumbing work, and the most recent visit was for two leaking faucets, one in the laundry room and one at the master bath sink in our home in Mt Vernon. A couple of weeks earlier, johnathan checked both fixtures, diagnosed the issue, and even spoke directly with the Delta parts team while he was here so the correct faucet parts could be identified and ordered right away. When one of my water lines started leaking, I suddenly had no running water and needed a plumber fast. I called a few places, but most said I would need to wait a long time or pay a very high after-hours rate. The team really knows how to take care of customers, and I appreciated the priority scheduling and returning-customer discount.
