Painful and unfortunate to write first poor review ever however customer service is #1 in any service industry and very disappointed with WDC's. Have spent considerable amount of money, went in to explain 2screen protectors & phone shattered (serviced and provided by wdc - went into store with positive solution based approach and was challenged by less than friendly front desk lady and offered 50% off new screen for phone.
