Asked for two latters supervisor sent two people with too short of latters. Ended up falling breaking my back. Do not rent from Ekoliving, they'er awful. Side story Bradly the supervisor has no saftey guidlines was rushing me upset, so okay ill try boss but its the wrong latter again. Saftey courses did/do not exsist and the supervisor will act cool but hes not that great with how i was treated by him and his 22 year old assistant may he rest in peace though. They build properties for EkoLiving. Not constructed properly. Walls uneven in the whole apartment, every unit, every floor. I had friends & family complain about their space in the location on 60th & burnside. Not worth it at all. The walls are thin, air leaks EVERYWHERE in the windows, can’t keep heat in or the cold out. Trash construction to be in business since ‘89. Modern day buildings like this are plywood & not worth what these businesses are charging for rent. Stop robbing people & stop helping EkoLiving do it too!!
They won't fix lighting, electrical outlets, fireplace, dead plants, dead trees, bad light fixtures, bathroom windows, etc.
