Zero stars. Management is terrible, if you ask a question they think you're arguing, they add random fees and threaten that if you don't pay the random fee you'll be evicted. Pamela is RUDE to the CORE. She'll talk over you instead of listening. I've lived here two years and always pay my rent, live quietly and never give anyone issues and they treat me as if I'm an inconvenience to their busy schedule. I really don’t understand why Pam is working here. She tends to talk over people, can be quite rude , and frequently adds random fees with no explanation as to why but because she said so. It would be great if she could reconsider her approach , as her behavior isn’t helpful at all. It’s quite frustrating honestly.
Before I moved into my unit the previous renter was a smoker which is not allowed. Pam promised to remove the carpet because it reeked of smoke. It was never done. When I moved out we cleaned that apartment from top to bottom. They are still charging me a $200 cleaning fee! Plus they refuse to send me a copy of my exit paperwork that I said we cleaned everything. If you move out don’t bother cleaning your unit.
Used to be great people to rent from. However the lady in the office, Pam, is very rude and unprofessional. Wish there was someone higher up she would let you talk to. Especially when it involves tenants right being violated. I would not recommend as long as she is still working there. Everyone else though had been a pleasure to talk to.
I rented from wdc years ago and they were great. I became the on-site manager of Gridley Manor there in Gridley, IL. I never had one problem with them. They even went as far as renovating my 2 bedroom apartment for.me. I loved working for them and I miss working for and with them. On a personal level they were always great to me.
