120 $ per hour ??? It was a job for 1 hour , one hour and half maximum but they charge me more than 2 Hours , I trusted him but he stole and he lied to me with a smile :) ,when he brought my car into the garage I stayed outside to see how he was going to work on it, there was no touching for one hour and half ! he was working with his assistant on two other cars, on mine his assistant worked on it for 40 minutes in total per intermittently it was my last time there . DONT TRUST HIM

Showed up at 10AM and booked an alignment. I let them know the car was lowered and had adjustable control arms. They told me they could get it done and would start the job at 2:30. I get a call at 2:35 saying they can't do it, so my car sat at their shop all day when other shops in the area could have done it. When I arrive at the shop they tell me they can't even take my keys out of the car (its a 90's car which has a button to release it near the ignition... any decent mechanic knows this as it was pretty standard for that... read more
