So now it’s 3 months later since my last review of the terrible greedy WDHousing, nothing has changed! This is white privilege at its highest, talking smack about me to friendly people. They say I should be appreciative that I get free rent from hud, like who do you think you are telling anyone about my 8yrs of always paying the rent on time. They are the most antisocial landlords you will ever meet! They ignore you as if you don’t exist. They respond quickly to anything with collecting rent and will literally rent to anyone as long as they know hud or welfare will pay the rent. They don’t even upkeep their own office building, broken windows, chipping paint, rot everywhere, all windows mostly over 50 yrs old, a very cheap slumlord type of company. Don’t rent here . Owners are very unprofessional. Apartment walls so thin I can neighbor farting in bathroom! Appeared nice during walk through , once moved in I realized everything was done cheap. Squeaky floors and stairs . Owners Made my life miserable , Let my family with 2 children move next to 2 single adult women that complained about noise all the time . Then tried to force me to move in new apartment with higher rent. Owner John called me screaming several times . Worst experience of my life !
