I recently had to take our 20 year old cat in very urgently and ended up having to put her down. The staff at this clinic were exceptional, from reception to the vet herself. They were so compassionate and patient with us, explained everything thoroughly and talked me through all of the options. Though this was a very difficult thing to have to do, I am very grateful for our experience here and am thankful to have had such compassionate people helping us through it.

Update: It has been 6 months since Ninja has his radioactive treatment and he is doing extremely well! The staff along with Dr. Lam were amazing during and in follow up. Hopefully we don't have to use them again, but certainly wouldn't hesitate if needed to. Appreciate all you do!! We had an excellent overall experience visiting here with our senior cat. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Would recommend this clinic to anyone needing a specialist for their pet.

Rebecca hung up on us when we expressed concern about brining our elderly cat in for a prescription refill. There were no raised voices or vulgar language used, just concern on our part but obviously not on hers. You should be ashamed by the way you handled that situation. If you’re hoping to become a vet one day, I would look for other employment that requires less empathy as you don’t seem to have any. Being the only emergency vet in our city has given you a high horse.

Compassionate staff, we ended up not needing emergency services but it was worth $40 to have them look at my cat and rule out anything life threatening.

We had the pleasure of having our boy cared for by Dr. Mafer Uribe. Dr. Uribe was by far one of the best veterinarian's we have ever had. In the end, our dog ended up passing away, but Dr. Uribe was there every step of the way. Not only was Dr Uribe knowledgable, she was kind, caring and compassionate. I cannot recommend Dr. Uribe enough.
