I bought from Ed several times (in store pickup) and every time the entire team has been friendly and eager to help. These guys know how to treat customers, and if there is an issue they will go to their extent to help the customer through it. A+ P.S. the guy who left the one star review because WCT wouldn't price match is just salty he couldn't get a better deal. He is probably a window shopper anyway, so no love lost.
