The most budget-friendly option in the area including all utilities (water, hydro, heating, internet) + various parking options with the best prices. The management is great and all the requests are handled within 1 business day. Gym, party room, clean washrooms in common area and even it has a MUSIC ROOM (which you can't find it anywhere else) Neighbours are so polite. Nothing to complain.
I gotta say management is chill and we did have a few AC issues but they fixed it within a day or two. Definitely worth it and recommended!
I honestly don't think other places in this city is livable
Co-op non-profit management so the rent is much cheaper than the slimy private equity buildings nearby. Incredibly convenient across the street from UW and Go Bus station and short walk to the Plaza. New building with sound proofing. Pretty attentive management. Lots of extra weekly activities for the WCRI community. No major complaints.
