I don’t do disrespect well and when I say Debbie ( if that is her name ) is the rudest person ever. I was talking to Sandy first and someone else started talking and yelling and I asked her who she was screaming at she is going to tell me she is not screaming and when I asked her what her name was she really started screaming so that is why I think she said her name was Debbie but she never stopped yelling and then hung up on me! These people are rude and need to be fired!!
They need to plow better n tell resident to do sidewalks
Do NOT buy a home in this HOA community. People doing drugs in random streets where kids walk, safety is a huge concern, and Abandoned cars allowed to park in visitor parking spots. Debbie and her management team do not care about you unless you decided to do something nice to your home. Then they come and take pictures and fine you. This is the worst HOA that I’ve ever seen in my life. They have people sneaking around in cars, taking pictures of your house instead of coming to your house or sending you a letter to address a situation. They said that I did not paint my steps in which I did so they wind up saying why you didn’t paint the risers.
