Dr. Moyniham was great. However, the front desk and billing process are deplorable. The front desk person over-charged my credit card 14 weeks ago, and I've tried unsuccessfully to get a refund. They've employed various delay reasons, such as holding my money for a second visit six weeks later, processing insurance for the second visit, a long refund review and approval process, and final check writing and signature process. My mom had a recent appointment at WCMI Ortho. There were some issues with her authorization. Joelle and Sydeny did a fantastic job following up with her PCP to fax over her paperwork. They didnt cancel her appointment and waited. I really appreciate that. Her visit was nice and staff took good care of my mom. Thanks so much!
