Good doctors. Ive used them for knee replacement and other injuries. But their front desk courtesy is being killed by their success. One overwhelmed person with LOADS of attitude that she BARELY tries to conceal. The definition of passive aggressive. Customer facing personnel need to be able to stay cool under pressure, not brush patients off with incorrect/ inaccurate information and disapproving facial contortions. I called no less than three time needing help with my new patient paperwork. Crystal was so helpful, patient and kind. I haven’t even been to my appointment yet and already know I’m in good hands. 10 stars all around.
My experience with this facility was great! From the front desk to all staff involved in the process, everything was excellent! Dr. Canillas and Dr. Moynihan both are very experienced and capable of doing, helping and supporting patients. I was in need of a second opinion due to serious health issues and other personal reasons, nothing to do with WCMI ORTHOPEDIC. But my experience with WCMI was very pleasant and efficient. It’s been about 8 weeks out of hip replacement surgery and I want to thank Dr. Joseph Borrelli and his team at WCMI. When I first met him, I knew he was the person I wanted to do my hip surgery. His compassion and experience was Exactly what I was looking for. He explained in full detail everything that would be performed. Thank you so much, Dr. Borrelli. I will continue to heal and get back to walking unassisted.
1) Surgeon Moynihan will not come to Citrus County office, no matter what their website says. Furthest north he goes is the Brooksville office. 2) No bedside manner here - this is a factory. 3) Be prepared for a “Surgical Coordinator” whose specialty is to email you the day before surgery to tell you she could not get all your doctors’ approvals during the last 30 days, and it’s now up to you to do this with no details as to what, if anything, she actually did. 4) Moynihan has replaced so many hips that he is out of touch.
