Great staff. Genuinely interested
Very friendly and professional. Went there for a followup on my broken shoulder. Dr explained everything and it was a good report.
Dr. Moyniham was great. However, the front desk and billing process are deplorable. The front desk person over-charged my credit card 14 weeks ago, and I've tried unsuccessfully to get a refund. They've employed various delay reasons, such as holding my money for a second visit six weeks later, processing insurance for the second visit, a long refund review and approval process, and final check writing and signature process.
