Diana the receptionist was very kind, welcoming and professional. At the end of the visit she made sure that I was set up for my next visit and explained everything clearly. Thank you Diana for making the visit pleasant. Doctor Rana was also very professional and attentive. Rita is also very nice and always has made it pleasant visit.

I called one week ago to schedule a first time appointment. The woman I spoke with was rude and short with me. She cut me off in the middle of my sentences so I couldn’t even get out what I was trying to say or ask to explain my situation. Instead she simply took some information and said I’d be receiving a call back with more information to get an appointment scheduled. It has now been a whole week and I have not received a call back. I will not be returning to see Dr Brody or visiting the Wilton Medical center. I called as a new patient to schedule an annual physical. While at my appointment I discussed my issues with a yeast infection with DR Brody. She laughed and told me to just "stick garlic up there. Or use yogurt". I teared up because I clearly was not being listened too and receiving obviously horrible medical advice, to which she told me "if you want something to cry about you should come with me to the senior center.
