Buyer beware....These guys are crooks....I was scheduled to buy a brand new home today and the AC unit is undersized...Lennar's response is oh, well. 2700 square feet 3.5 ton. Discoloration and mold questions still not addressed. House appraised for less then the sale price. I have 2 family members in that community with air conditioning bills 300-400. Air never shuts off. One of them won't go below 76 until 4:00am. Do your homework before you loose your money. We had to hired a lawyer. More homowners tick off....Bad reputat... read more
