A few years ago, we had a new roof installed by WCC. Just recently we had a problem with water coming in from the ceiling. We made several calls and it took them three weeks to finally send someone out. The problem appears to be fixed; however, they are insisting it is a problem with a window. I’ve had another roofer give me their opinion and their professional judgement is that it is not related to the window. After taking a number of bids to replace a leaky roof, WCC was chosen for the work and we are quite pleased with the outcome. WCC was very accommodating, offered a fair price and did very good work.
Jake was referred to me by an insurance agent. He came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He was upfront and honest with me about the condition of my roof. He told me, my roof had a 2-3 year life expectancy left. I really appreciated his time and knowledge.
WCC Roofing is fantastic! We recently had an issue and not only did they take my call before 7:30 am, but was at the house and took care of the situation before noon.
