Once the contract was signed, WWC disappeared! No one from the company was here during material delivery or shingle installation. Someone did show up several days after the roofers left to do some finish work. RP Lumber (WCC's shingle deliverer) pulled straight into our driveway to unload, but managed to drive off onto the lawn while backing up to leave and significantly damaged the asphalt and our irrigation system.
