GFL Conway SC owed me 72.10 from March 2026.  I called the Conway office 7 times asking where my check was and an associate hung up on me after”giving me warnings” about my so called tone.  I cal their HQ in NC 2 times after ( for a total of 9 times).  I got nowhere.  Finally, I called the Better Business Bureau.  I got my check within a week. GFL’s service is terrible.  I was told to put my trash out by 5 a.m.  they only picked it up 1 time in a year before 10 a.m.  Too bad this Canadian owned company is allowed to operate ... read more

I have been dealing with this company’s failure to pick up my trash on the scheduled weekly basis for over a year. When I finally canceled my service, they still sent me a bill for the following quarter—even though I had not received any service from them. They even went as far as sending the bill to a collection agency. If you’re reading this, I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I struggle with quarterly billing and I must have missed a payment. One day without any notice or warning my trash can disappeared. I called and it took two day to get a response. When I paid my missed payment and late charge I was told I would receive my can in 5 to 7 days. Eight days later I called to see where the can was and was told it would take weeks to get a can. If I was a new customer I would get the can the next few days but because I was an existing customer it takes weeks. Very disappointed In This company. Wi... read more
