So I paid in advance new service was told cans would be here Fri and around 4 pm no cans yet I call she told me they have until 7pm to bring them didn't check to see if I was on the list for delivery. no trash cans and it's Sunday you had no problem taking my money but I have no trash can and my trash is piling up look forward to making my call on Monday cuz (Karen is hot)
I have been with them for over 10 years. I am moving down the road and called to see if my services can be transferred to the new address. I was informed that can't happen and I would need to set up an new account. The quarter I have already paid for wouldn't be refunded to me. I was going to lose that.This is ridiculous and very upsetting. If I could give them a 0 I would.
How can this company be a member of the chamber of commerce and not even manage to answer the phone or pick up our trash after 2 weeks! And it wouldn't be the first time this happened!!
My regular schedule pick up is on Monday at 8:30am. I have been a loyal customer for over two (2) years. This is the third time with this complaint. I had to move my trash can to the side of my house. The trashcan was in plain view and was ready four days before pickup. The passei decided to be interested in my neighbor. His advances were rejected. Due to this, my garage was NOT taken that day. I called immediately to report the incident. I was told that they would send the driver a message.
