about a disappointing service that has ever been used. The response to phone calls is non-existent. There is no commitment to delivering the contracted service, They will take your money and tell you "Sorry".... Have dropped them immediately and I don't care if I have to pay more.
The staff seems nice enough...but It seems I have to call to get them to pick up my trash...

We have been dumping our trash here for awhile. We have accepted they are a cards only place meaning THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. Today in particular there machines are down so they can not accept your card or cash and you can't charge it for more than the day. It must be cashed out same day. So now my son who was doing us a favor is driving around chillicothe with a horse trailer attached to try and find a money order. Inconvenient to say the least....
