Receptionist is super bitter and rude. Whole system is Medicaid based. Bill bill bill. If you want actual care go elsewhere
I just wanted to say I have been a patient for about 11 to 12 years. Receptionists have come and gone through the years... it can be a trying time for patients, Lynn the receptionist that is currently working there has been an outstanding support for me. Always friendly and warm.
The psychiatrist acted in a vindictive and petty manner by cutting my mood stabilizer script because I missed an appointment. I realize I'm responsible for my care, but I don't think the answer is punitive measures being taken against a patient in your care. I no longer want to utilize this facility because I can't trust them to give an appropriate level of care. This is after trust was broken a first time when a counselor violated my consent by failing to disclose a conflict of interest. I would not recommend this facility ... read more
