Receptionist is super bitter and rude. Whole system is Medicaid based. Bill bill bill. If you want actual care go elsewhere
I just wanted to say I have been a patient for about 11 to 12 years. Receptionists have come and gone through the years... it can be a trying time for patients, Lynn the receptionist that is currently working there has been an outstanding support for me. Always friendly and warm.
The psychiatrist acted in a vindictive and petty manner by cutting my mood stabilizer script because I missed an appointment. I realize I'm responsible for my care, but I don't think the answer is punitive measures being taken against a patient in your care. I no longer want to utilize this facility because I can't trust them to give an appropriate level of care. This is after trust was broken a first time when a counselor violated my consent by failing to disclose a conflict of interest. I would not recommend this facility ... read more
Clinic is a regional gem that probably saves the lives of many people our area. That being said, there are valid complaints with the treatment of service, attitude of staff, and professionalism. First impressions are everything, and mine was less than joyful. The receptionist was not welcoming or warm to say the least. Not a good fit. My biggest complaint is as follows.
