Snow removal contract never sent and would not accommodate our business in a major snow storm. Very disappointing customer service. We did not even know we no longer had a contract. Was told we were to request it rather than they send it to their customers. I never heard of that kind of business practice. We are now scrambling to find someone.
Friendly and flexible customer service: very professional and courteous installers. Highly recommended, will use year after year.
The work they did on my yard was very impressive. They basically transformed my yard into something beautiful and really made me excited for this summer!! They didn't break the bank either! I highly recommend giving them a call.
