WC Floors was great to work with. Wilson was extremely communicative and consistently went above and beyond to accommodate every request. They handled the flooring and molding in my first home, and I’m very happy with the results. I also worked with Wilson’s other company for both interior and exterior painting, and he delivered excellent work there as well.
I scheduled an appointment with WC Floors, and my initial experience was positive. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, and their text and phone system worked well, so I did not have to repeatedly explain why I was requesting an appointment. We recently had WC Floors sand and refinish our red oak hardwood floors on our first floor and stairs. Our situation was a bit tricky as half of the wood was original to the house and the rest was installed during a 2014 renovation. Wilson and Dana worked with us to find the correct stain to make the floors appear continuous throughout. The crew was punctual and professional, pricing was fair in today's market.
