This is my third time coming to this auto repair shop, and my first experience was amazing. They educated me on the issues that needed to be resolved, I even got to meet his wife who was so sweet an worked the front desk. He test drove the car with me to show me the problems. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. That was my first experience. First, the customer service was disappointing. Was greeted with an attitude.. after 30 minutes of them going back and forth & ignoring our existence they realized that they were looking at the wrong reservation.. I ended up finding my own contract and found out that I was at the wrong location.. I was assured that it was fine, BUT comes to find out haul actually charges if you return your vehicles at the wrong location.. however, after them attempting to charge us 4x the amount that was needed to bring the gas meter up one m... read more
