Very efficient and responsible Landlords. Great communication and always took care of any maintenance issues we had over the 3 years we were with them. Fair in dealings and respectable, would rent from them again.
Apart from some miscommunication on my end, WBH has been great in getting my family moved in and addressing any maintenance issues. As someone who has done property management before, I have high standards, but so far, all of them have been met. I never thought I’d be excited to rent again after owning a home, but I will say we picked the right place/company. 10/5/19 Update: Rented another property from WBH, signed two year lease.
