We had work done on our APU at another shop and they fixed the problem but not very well as it broke again in less than 12 hours. Called W&B in Longview and they said to bring it right in and from the moment we arrived and speaking with Ms.Brittany and she contacted Chris and he got us right in. Now some may complain that being there 6 hours was way too long it really wasn't they found more things that needed updates and recalls that any of the other shops had plus they fixed the original problem. From the ladies up front to the techs in the shop, these guys are awesome. Service Manager Chris kept us in the loop while they fixed our APU unit that needed some love. Treated us like family! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing service.

Fantastic experience! 1.) A five year headache solved! 2.) They could have sold me unnecessary parts but were honest and recommended only exactly what I needed. Branch manager (Michael), service manager (Chris - Gator), and tech (Robert) were super knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude.
