BEWARE!! The absolute worst!! This company was a disaster from start to finish. My house and truck key were stolen from the drivers seat of my convertible parked on the grass right in front of the front door of the house to make driveway space. Upon the exit of the roof crew, keys are gone. Company said “show us a video of them being stolen or we will do nothing”. There are no outside cameras. Called police to make a report in case the box truck is gone or house ransacked without having to break and enter. Start date delayed... read more
Big disconnect in communication between company, customer and sub contractors. Don’t fully listen, rush you off the phone and act like your a nuisance. Tore down roof before permit was posted. Did not do work in scheduled time frame ... one week became two after waiting 6 months for the shingles to come in. Had to postpone other work to the house scheduled. No google, I did not use this business and never will!! If they employee workers, such as the one my husband and I made contact with today!! At approximately 10:30 am today (Thursday June 3rd), we were headed Northbound on SE 9th Ct, through an industrial area when a “Williamson Bro’s” roofing truck ran a stop sign at the intersection of 11th lane, nearly causing an accident. I recommend Wb Roofing to anyone who needs roof , very respectful staff great people working hard . They put my roof underlayment A day after the Truss and sheathing were done Thus saved my build from the rain . The job site was always clean not even a nail or screw to be found on the ground . Their office staff always stop by the site to check on the job . Thanks you
