I just placed an order with W.B. Mason since their prices on Office Chair Floor Mats were far less than another Office Supply I usually shop at. I had a question on my W.B. Mason account & called them, the phone was picked up on the 3rd ring and the woman who answered spoke English!!! She very helpful & pleasant. The office supply store I used to shop at is now owned by a Private Equity Firm, another website I was shopping on wanted to charge me $42 for shipping on a $72 Floor Mat!!! That is Insane!
