Placed an order online for a large glass item. It was canceled with no explanation the following day. Called and was told “UPS won’t ship it”. Odd. Because I can buy a similar item from Amazon and they’ll have it to my house in a couple days. Online glass stores will do the same. Asked if FedEx would take it and if they ship that way. I was then told they ship using couriers and they can’t deliver the item to a residential address. Price for the item was REALLY good and shipping was inexpensive. Drivers and delivery service are great, but in the last two years their customer service has gone down hill so fast. Overpriced on almost everything and they no longer will match competitors pricing. Have requested a new rep but have been ignored and now bringing my business elsewhere.
