I placed an order on Monday evening for Tuesday delivery for D batteries before hurricane Milton was arriving. All the stores were sold out, I called to get an estimated delivery time and they were on point. Truly a life saver, I called customer service to check at 2 pm and they advised at 4 pm the driver stated his estimated time and was delivered at 3:54. Great service! We use WB Mason for our office supplies but this was a great experience today!
Put in a order in July and it's now september and still no delivery. They kept assuring me it will delivered every week i called and never did. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Efficient, affordable and great customer service!
Our company waited over 3 months for a delivery that, unfortunately, never happened. We had to cancel the order. Very disappointed with their service.
