I strongly advise against renting from WB Mason. Their billing practices are deceptive and unfair. In 2020, we rented a water machine from them. Along with it, they included a Keurig coffee machine as a “gift” — something we never asked for. By March 2024, I noticed something strange in our billing. Recently we switched our account from Staples to WB Mason. Our account Rep is Nolan R. Not only has WB Mason saved us an average 30-35% on office supplies, Nolan has personally, on his time, delivered back ordered items that he knew we needed. That is the customer service that far exceeds my expectations. He is always there when needed. Great Job!
I placed an order on Monday evening for Tuesday delivery for D batteries before hurricane Milton was arriving. All the stores were sold out, I called to get an estimated delivery time and they were on point. Truly a life saver, I called customer service to check at 2 pm and they advised at 4 pm the driver stated his estimated time and was delivered at 3:54. Great service! We use WB Mason for our office supplies but this was a great experience today!
Put in a order in July and it's now september and still no delivery. They kept assuring me it will delivered every week i called and never did. Absolutely horrible customer service.
