If I could give WB Mason a ZERO, I would. This is my 4th year ordering from them and each year it goes down hill. Their delivery service is TRASH! The drivers I've personally had to work with were great but they took those drivers off of my route so now I don't even know who our driver is. The account reps I've worked with were good and try their best to help but they can only do but so much. They seem to change reps like a revolving door. We ordered boxes and were given a delivery date. When that date came and went, we called customer service and were told the driver was on his way. After a week of lies or non-replies from customer service, we were forced to go buy the boxes retail and pay 5 times the price so we could box our product and deliver to our customer. The boxes showed up over a week late, still no response from customer service.

We have been a client since 2018. We have always had a good, professional experience. Our needs are simple and we usually buy the same, usual office supplies. The order accuracy has been consistent and the turn around time to complete delivery has been typically next day or 2-days. Easy to work with.

Delivery dates and times are extremely unreliable. Customer service is not very helpful with escalating or retrieving ETA.
