Food is stale. Why are they charging for protein? Only for it to start to turn within 48 hrs in your fridge. “Food is made fresh everyday” obviously not. Normally their porridge is good. But it’s obvious they started using old yam.
This is like home away from home for me, good food at affordable prices, with very courteous staff kudos to management.
Terrible service. I placed my order three hours in advance for a 6:00 PM pickup, yet I still had to wait for at least an hour. On top of that, I specifically requested very ripe, soft plantains, but received hard, burnt ones instead. I will never use your service again. The absolute worst!
Rice wasn’t fresh, pepper beef the same so I called and explained that this not the first time this has happened. The young lady insisted that it was fresh. I have been eating Nigerian food for 40 years so I know what is fresh and what is not. It doesn’t matter how much I spend, times are hard for for everyone and it doesn’t mean that we can’t get a fresh meal. Very bad customer service. Please train your employees . Or change the one that doesn’t care.
