I have lived at Wayzata Lake Apartments for 2 years and 5 months, and I have nothing but praise for Julie and Charlie. They are truly wonderful. I'm sure they genuinely enjoy what they do because I have always been helped promptly and with great kindness. As a woman who lives alone, I am especially grateful for all the support and care they have shown me. I truly love living here. I also want to congratulate them on the "Best of 2026 award Apartment Complex" - well-deserved!!! <3
Nice apartment in a nice city
Such a great rental experience. The location was fantastic and the maintenance service was always so fast and friendly! We love Wayzata lakes!
I have lived here for 2 years and Julie is one of the most accommodating and thoughtful managers I've ever had. She works with you and tries to make everything work. She is a great communicator and sincere to her tenants. The place is quiet and very comfortable. If you ever get a chance, rent here first!
Moved in a few months ago, greatly enjoying. Very nice apartment. Quiet, peaceful. Property manager Julie is a gem.
