I had to call and ask for my 2018 CRP document. They required me to give them my new address before I moved out of my overpriced apartment. When I asked for the document I should have already had she said asked for my address again. I told her it is the same address I had already provided them..... John likes to confirm the address is current... Maybe John can file my return and hand me my refund too? Now he cares??

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! nothing gets fixed, the amenities of laundry & dryer are spare parts. Sewage backups come into the bath tub and sink. Windows are not hung correctly so your unit is cold as ice in the winter even when set at 85 degrees Foundation is bullshit. Seriously could get 4 buddies to come over and we could all kick the bastard over. I would rather live in my fucking car and eat gas station food. Absolutely fucking ridiculous. Not a great experience living in Wayzata Bay's Manchester building in Maple Plain, The wooded area around the building was always scattered with trash, bottles, cans, paper, you name it. I made management an offer last Spring, they supply me the trash bags and I will pick up the trash. I was told staff was going to be sent out to do it. I said you should move quickly because when the leaves sprout it will be much more difficult to do. This place is completely run down and mismanaged. If you have an issue, you may as well fix it yourself. The first apartment I was in flooded within 1 week so they relocated me across the hall. BOTH times I moved into the apartment I had to clean since their cleaning crew doesn't do shit. I also was yelled at and stereotyped by Karen when I voiced my issues. It takes them months to repair the smallest issues like the changing of the light bulbs in the hallways, and in some cases more than a year. They seriously ask you to fix things yourself. They don't return your phone calls and when they do they treat you like it’s your fault. Our apartment smells of sewage occasionally and from what I do not know. Grandview appts – The people and neighbors here are great. That is something I really enjoy about this place. But there are a few things I do not enjoy. When you call, you get a real short answer from someone, acting as if you are bothering them, when asking them to do their job. Calling to get something fixed in your apartment is like pulling teeth.
