NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! nothing gets fixed, the amenities of laundry & dryer are spare parts. Sewage backups come into the bath tub and sink. This place is completely run down and mismanaged. If you have an issue, you may as well fix it yourself. The first apartment I was in flooded within 1 week so they relocated me across the hall. BOTH times I moved into the apartment I had to clean since their cleaning crew doesn't do shit. I also was yelled at and stereotyped by Karen when I voiced my issues.
