I have been in my 2 bedroom apartment here in Wayzata for a year and a half. Karen is awesome to have manage the apartments, she is very knowledgeable and is very easy to communicate with. Any requests she has been super helpful and immediate. Love this town and atmosphere!

Overall a positive experience, excellent communication with management. Buildings are a little older but well maintained.
I live in an apartment complex in Wayzata owned by Wayzata Bay Reality, and i LOVE it!!! Karen (landlord) is amazing & is very accommodating. We had to get our locks changed, and she was able to get it done same day with no charge to us. Seriously, best renting experience i’ve had and plan to sign again when my lease is up in February!
