Had a great experience renting with them. Brought our first child home in our apartment, and it was a great place for her to start her life. The area was quiet, the staff was friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend renting with them.
I really love my little one Bedroom Apt on May St, in Long Lake. The view out my window is perfect and I love the sounds, of the trains going by. I always wonder where they're headed to. Karen always answers my questions and has addressed all of my issues, that have come up, in a timely manner. It's a very quiet bldg with responsible and friendly tenants .
I lived in Underhill Apartments for 2 years until I did not feel safe. Multiple tenants expressed safety concerns. We have asked for lights outside the building and a camera facing the parking lot, but the landlord said no. We also suggested a door lock after a certain time to have on the front door. We have had multiple car break ins and at one point I found a criminal sleeping in the laundry room at 6am. My packages have also been stolen. I have been renting for many years and have had a good experience. They were accommodating when I moved to a different apartment twice. Leasing agent and maintenance staff are friendly.
I lived at the May Street apartments, loved the community of everyone there, close to the park and trails. Easy living and simple. Has its own storage unit in the basement, grounds were always kept up. I can see why so of the neighbors have lived there for many years. My apartment was updated and clean. Always enjoyed working with Karen and her crew. Moved to another state, and have missed my little place there. I minus one star because the washing machine worked part time lol. Other than that, great little place!
