I got a great haircut that got a lot of compliments, but when I contacted them again to get my hair trimmed, they didn't respond.

Amazing service with Sadie, the Hair Slayer! She kept me informed of her thoughts, what was happening during the bleaching process, and gave me her thoughts and ideas on how to make colors work best and it was AMAZING! Definitely going back, and will highly recommend!
