Emm is fabulous! Energy is great - they are respectful, thoughtful and personable. My first haircut I got I didn’t love … AND I still wanted to come back! My cut wasn’t my fav but it wasn’t because they didn’t do a great job - it was because I didn’t know how properly describe what I wanted. I took a picture of the one part I didn’t like and brought it back to show them. They were so understanding and took my feedback with grace and appreciation. It was such a relief!!.
