I have been ordering from them for years. My last package was 3 months late and arrived damaged and I have not been compensated. My last order was months ago and when I inquired about it the CEO said he was in China and he can’t fill any orders until he comes back ??? Who leaves for China, lets all the employees go home, while they have open orders? My business has now take a hit because this store has become so undependable. I am very disappointed I have been ordering something specific from them every couple months for a few years now. My last package was 3 months late. After 1 month I called and a woman told me they don’t carry it anymore and they refunded me to my PayPal. BUT, my PayPal isn’t even working. 2 months later it arrived, the day after I moved out of my apartment. I need to order more but I can’t wait 3 months.
