Disgusting employees
So far, this is TERRIBLE. I am sitting in the er, not what I expected, they won’t give me my BP Medication and my BLOOD PRESSURE is crazy high!!!!
Luminus ER has no doctors in the ER from Midnight to 5AM. I went to ER with excruciating cramps on my right side coming ever 17 seconds. I had plenty of time to time it. Wasn't seen for hours. Was taken back to a room where I heard the last Doc leave then no one came to see me till morning. The person that came in gave me antacids and I told him it made things worse. I was brought into the mental health department in this ER at the Anne Arundel county Medical Center, September 1, 2025 something seriously needs to be done about this place. It was the most inhumane depressing disgusting filthy place I’ve ever seen or been in in my entire life. The way the mental health patients are treated is awful. The conditions the patients have to stay in horrible and is almost no different than a jail cell of a room. There is only one bathroom and one shower that is shared.
