Hello, it’s possible that this may have just been a technical error, but it is very important that patients are being informed of the doula registration process when they are clearly stating to their providers and to staff that they have hired a doula.

If you have medical cannabis, you will be judged and they will not treat you for what is actually wrong with you, what your lab's actually show. Then they'll bully you and hold you hostage. When you tell them you'd like your I.V. out and to leave a m a. Also known as kidnapping, when you're told you can't leave. We're not done with you yet. Sharing this experience so others might avoid having to deliver here. It’s been a few years but it’s worth sharing. I delivered my son in 2019 - my first child. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The labor and delivery staff were okay, but a nurse ended up having to deliver my baby because the doctor didn’t show up. The left him sitting, seizing with pain for 90 minutes, saying 'sorry, can't do anything until the doctor comes in. That took 90 minutes. They left him in excruciating pain for 90 minutes. Zero empathy. The doctor said his eardrum was fine and gave him advil and sent him home. I said the water from his ear was staining his shirt orange, they said it was pool water mixed with wax. We went to our primary doctor the next day who said ... read more

All Luminous doctors I have received care from have been absolutely great. The Luminis administrative staff across the board are pitiful, either a complete lack of competence or just pure laziness. Scheduling and maintaining a schedule is terrible, communication with them is a waste of time and them doing their jobs is non-existent. I have had recent appointments with a (non-Luminis) G/I doctor in close proximity to AAMC combined with various scans at Luminous Imaging. Every time, Luminous promised to forward the results to ... read more
