thanks a bunch to your whole staff roster for being one of the main causes of my enduring, severe case of PTSD. 14 years out and I'm still not over it. deception is the brand of Wayside, their "support" is backstabbing children who are suffering, and this is their bread and butter: a troubled teen program. My daughter was bawling her eyes; freaking out, begging to call me and they made m her go back to her room - COMPLETELY IGNORING HER MENTAL STATE¡! At around midnight she got out of her room & tried to use the phone, but again, she was told to go back to her room. The next day she was made to sit in her room ALL DAY & NIGHT - she wasn't allowed any outgoing phone cauntil alllo tinShe's only 15 years old. Ght
Serious Concern About Professional Boundaries and Patient Privacy I am extremely concerned about the conduct of an employee at a mental-health facility where I bring my child for care. There have been social-media posts that I personally observed which appeared to reference patient-related information, demographics, and/or work-related communications.
