The technician told my warranty company that they replaced the part and closed the case - which apparently means it was working when he left. It wasn't working and he knew it! This was his second attempt in repairing it, since November 22, 2023. The other reviews are spot on, they are very slow in communicating and made the whole ordeal with Wayside Home Improvements drag out, only to have the same problem,, since November 18th. Do not use this company! If you have to - video their work.

Never use the service of this company. Totally a scamming one-man company. Our home warranty company assigned our Dishwasher service ticket to this company. Mr. West visited us to diagnose the issue and said there was a control board issue which he needed to order. 10 days went by and there was no update from him. I put in a home warranty claim for a simple appliance repair (microwave) on October 9th, 2023. First this jack donkey showed up and tried to claim the outlet was bad. It wasn’t. Then he returned and said we needed a new board. Great. Then he claimed the new board would be in by November 7th. That day came and went. Then he claimed the parts would be in by November 17. Same experience as most of the reviews. Man shows up the first visit to collect money and do the diagnostic…claims to need to order parts, fails to do so…no longer reachable by warranty company or homeowner. Don’t waste your time or money.
