Dr Cuza is an amazing doctor! Very informative and lets you know what's going on every step of the way, before, during, and after surgery. My daughter had a broken ankle, and he made sure we knew exactly what was happening every step of the wat, even now while she heals. Olga his assistant is just as amazing as he is! Very respectful and lets you feel comfortable enough to ask questions to make sure you know what's going on 100% of the time. We know we are in good hands here!
I called at 4:00 PM. No answer. I was sent to voice mail, but couldn't leave a message because it's full. It also said that the staff is at lunch and would be back at 2 PM. Again it is 4:00 PM.
The costumer service is very unprofessional she put me on hold for more than 30 minutes because she’s said she can’t hear me so I ask her to speak with someone else and finally she never answered me again
