Highly recommend for anyone 55 and up! From the waitlist process to lease signing, the process was seamless and informative. Mrs Tanisha Cummings is friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell has passion for her role at Ways Station. My mother and my grandmother are very happy with their HOME here and it brings me a sense of security knowing they have a safe, clean and affordable place to live. I highly recommend for any senior looking for affordable living in Richmond Hill.

Excellent management, Tanisha is the best, had an air condition issue, and she jumped on it expeditiously, she handled everything without the help of the maintenance men/man she is one that wears many hat's around here, always making sure thing's are in order, but I also love the fact that she's always genuine, always ask how your doing etc. I truly appreciate her. Maintenance is non-existent because of Mrs Cummings as a (Mgr lol) go to an apartment complex that treats you right not here
