I recently delivered some packages here and everyone was super kind and helpful. I’m just writing this review because I noticed one woman behind the receptionists was face down on her desk sleeping and thought you guys would like to know.

Doctors and clinical staff are amazing. I've had a challenging time dealing with receptionists. They will essentially hang up on me to transfer me out without helping me to understand the process or allow me ask questions. I understand they are not the person to be speaking, but especially in a state of illness it's part of the healing process to be shown a little empathy and compassion. I see Kelsey and for the first time, I don't hate going to my doctor appointments. She listens to you and interacts with you. I don't want to recommend her because I don't want her to get so busy that I can't get an appointment with her but she's great!

I’ve only been coming here for about 2 months, and I’ve never seen Dr.Fox but I have seen Paige. Paige is super nice and very understanding especially when it comes to my anxiety. I’ve been having debilitating health symptoms for about a month and I’ve gotten blood work and an MRI (Paige had requested) she called me and happily went over my blood work results with me asap. I always have an excellent experience at Waypoint Internal Medicine with Kelsey Bohl. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Kelsey Bohl and Waypoint Internal Medicine.
