I’ve only been coming here for about 2 months, and I’ve never seen Dr.Fox but I have seen Paige. Paige is super nice and very understanding especially when it comes to my anxiety. I’ve been having debilitating health symptoms for about a month and I’ve gotten blood work and an MRI (Paige had requested) she called me and happily went over my blood work results with me asap. I always have an excellent experience at Waypoint Internal Medicine with Kelsey Bohl. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Kelsey Bohl and Waypoint Internal Medicine.
I came to this office about a year and a half ago because a few people had recommended Dr. Fox for her "professional and empathic care". I really liked her at first and I felt like I was actually going to get somewhere with my health concerns. The ladies who work in the office were always so nice to me and i never had an issues with any of them. Dr. Fox and staff are great.
I've been trying to make a new patient appointment for 2 weeks. They told me i wouldnt get an appointment for about month and to submit new patient paper work, which i did. I called back several times to follow up when I could make an appointment and they kept saying oh, we will call you. Over 2 weeks and you can't even call to set an appointment?!?Unacceptable. I even told them of the health issues going on, they could care less. Disgusting!
