Give them months to do something and remind them multiple times a week & they won't get it done. They'll say we'll get it done tomorrow, next week because so & so is out. Come next week she'll get to it, come the following week, oh she was out sick last week. Even patients have complained that she is always on "vacation" or "out of the office". Don't ever consider working there because come your time to leave you end up having to stay hours later because they don't have anyone to come in!
