Waypoint roofing, as always, greatly exceeded my expectations. Brandon and crew go far above and beyond. It is so rare these days to find someone who really cares, is honest, does what they say, shows up on time and does a great job….and at a fair price. They have done three roofs for me now…..each one had some unique considerations, but on each one, they did a fantastic job.. I would highly recommend them💕
Waypoint put down a rolled roof on my house two years ago. They also had to fix portions of the wood. They failed to properly secure a rafter and it failed a home inspection. They have been aware of this since August 2022. The owner, Brandon, came out, looked at it and stated he would come back and take care of it. Never did. Since then I also developed a leak in my family room. The other owner came out and went on the roof. Someone forgot to remove about 2 feet plastic tape at the top of one roll, meaning there was no seal.... read more
