I have used this company as the worst decision I have made. I am writing this review in anticipation that I will help other first time home buyers in not using this company. I will provide factual evidence as screenshots. 1. The company inspected the house I want to buy as "comprehensive inspection" and follow up "four point inspection" after repairs have been made. First of all, if you buy house in South Tampa that is prior to 1980s, it may have "Federal Pacific Electrical Panel" as main circuit. That is now NOT insurable ... read more
